The customer service response time is excellent, as are their support tickets which have been well-organized to help make answering them easy! They're also an industry leader in securing web applications so I feel like they've got my back when it comes to security issues related with our products/services. There's no specific dislike that stands out from all of this; however there may be some features available or missing compared to other cloud providers we use at work daily. We were able avoid having to manage VPNs within each application since many apps already offered native functionality via integration wtih zia - but now those connections can't even keep up under heavy load times due to lag caused by connection pooling over SSL handshake failures between client & server side certificates used across devices (as seen through packet traces). Zscaler is one of the best in the business. I have been with them for about a year now and have been very satisfied with their service. They have a very good team that is dedicated to solving problems and making sure their customers are happy. The only thing I have noticed is that it takes a little bit of time to get used to the interface. I have been able to solve all of our issues with Zscaler. They are very knowledgeable and always available to help.
