The material doesn't bother me at all, it's comfortable to sleep in.
Very easy to put on and holds up well. The only problem I have is that the largest hoop I wear when I get my first lobe piercing, and if I get hooked on it or even hit it at all, tends to open up and fall out easily. I have 3 on my lobe and 2 gristles which I haven't had any issues with, it just seems like the biggest hoop. They are great for everyday wear, I rarely take them out, they are comfortable to sleep in and the color has not worn or faded. Doesn't irritate my piercing at all.
