Great Balloon Birthday Set
This set has everything you need to celebrate a birthday. Balls are well packed. Balloons with confetti inside even come wrapped with little rubber bands to keep the confetti inside. You must remove these to inflate. Please note that Mylar balls have a valve inside. If you insert the inflation straw too far, the valve may be damaged and the balloon will not hold air. A hefty piece of tape can help if you accidentally do it.
