The sound quality is excellent. Very sharp and clear image with minimal distortion. I hear subtleties in the air that I haven't heard before. Cozy. The headset doesn't always connect to the charging ports as soon as I put it on the base unit, but it doesn't matter, you just have to take some time to set them up until you get a green light to confirm. The volume buttons aren't that easy to tell apart when you're carrying them (they're very small), but I remember the location of the buttons by touch and that's no longer a problem.
