Fits your normal size if you have an average foot shape for your height eg. B. Not too narrow or too wide, I love them but I wish I hadn't taken the advice to size down as suggested by others in the reviews. I wear a size 7 1/2 and went down to a size 7 and they almost didn't fit because the straps are not elastic, they are stiff and the back strap just stretches. I fell in love with them and was able to walk to grocery stores with no rubbing etc so it was fine but I know I would be happier with an 8 if there weren't half sizes as they don't have strip stretch.
