The box arrived intact but the blue piece that helps hold the strap in place was not (straight out of the bag) attached to the purple strap. I tried to fit it but couldn't so I'm going back and buying a new set hoping this time the new ones will be shipped and fully fitted. I will update my review as soon as there are new ones.
