For the most part it works well. I'm having trouble getting the analog to work properly when it's just a little buggy. I'm not sure I might have gotten a Falty. But otherwise a really good controller for the price. And easy to plug and play. Holds a charge for quite a while. Auto power off is convenient and saves battery. Lies comfortably in the hand.
