We've tried so many egg slicers! I think it's partly our fault because we use them for mushrooms too. But this one was amazing! Khabs makes a batch of Pickled Mushrooms every few weeks, and a Wedge Knife Blade is perfect for her. I love hard boiled eggs on avocado toast, so I use a "regular" egg slicer. We haven't tried half yet. If you're making something with lots of eggs or mushrooms, place the item, place the correct blade on top, and then flip it upside down over the work bowl before slicing - it makes it a little faster. Fingers crossed this one lasts more than a few months!
