I was very surprised to see that my hair was straightened with this straightening comb after the first brushing...much better than hair brush plates or plates (heavy and non-slip)...it came with gloves . (helpful) Clips (helpful) and combing before and sometimes while using the straightener. The result is AMAZING...for best results...hair is washed, washed, conditioned, dried and combed, detangled...start with a small section to make it nice and fast all at once. The only thing I don't like is that when I'm wiggling back and forth above my head I'm constantly hitting the power button... so that's the only negative. For relaxation... also for its light, which heats up quickly and at high temperature.
