I can't believe how quickly they responded to my review and how concerned they were about customer satisfaction and the quality of their products. That is what makes a successful company! Thank you Relavel for listening to customer feedback and taking the time to improve your products. I bought this product hoping it would keep my makeup. I thought the compartments it offers would be cool and organize my makeup. Unfortunately, almost nothing fit here after playing with slots. There's not a lot of flex, so it's a very solid case. I've found that when I put slits in, I have to play with them a lot to get my eyeliner and lipstick to match. Then I could just adjust a foundation and another area. So I decided to take out all the slits and apply makeup. But then everything fell into chaos. The brush holder is pretty simple and works. The area at the top behind the brushes is handy, but you can't place large items there. I had a bare palette that didn't fit. All in all, if you want to travel with some items, if you pull out the slots, this bag might be for you. If you have a lot of makeup like I do, this is not the case. I ended up using it as a place to store my travel essentials.
