I wrote to support, they said that they are studying the problem and will unsubscribe when they find a solution. Can't be exchanged for a new one. A week has passed and there is still no solution to the problem, neither ating the firmware, nothing helps. You think that for that kind of money you will get a decent device, but in the end, not everything is so smooth. For the same money, you can take analogues, for example, JBL link portable and other "smart" speakers, which will also stand, without visualization and play. Very upset by this situation, you take it for one, it does not happen as described. It turns out that the column simply does not perform its described actions.
