The best thing about this product is that it's very easy for me as an administrator or user because I can get all my data from one point (the dashboard).
And also with its API integration we have been able easily integrate our system into other applications like Salesforce CRM which makes us save more money than before! There are not so many things i dislike but there must be some bugs since sometimes when adding new rules everything freezes after few seconds!! It would've helped if they had support team available 24/24 hours online. We use CloudTrail logs to check what kind of activities people do via SFDC application using their username & password only without logging IP addresses etc., therefore cloudtrails help alot by providing those information automatically within minutes once log files were uploaded manually through FTP connection then uploading them directly thru console interface was too slow process compared to automated way provided thru api.
