The tongue did not stay in the middle when first used. I had to tie them tightly to keep them from moving. A problem I never had with my previous shoes. I run at least 4 miles a day and around noon my heel starts to rub so it looks like it's blistering but it never does. Nothing I want to do the rest of the day. For these reasons I return. otherwise it fits exactly (I wear a 7.5 and it fits perfectly) and for the most part its comfortable cushioning. It seems well ventilated because on my previous pair of Under Armors my feet felt like they had heaters in them and I haven't experienced that with these.
