This is not a 20.5 inch wreath. Even fully fluffed, this is nowhere near the same diameter. MAX is 16 inches. It also takes a lot of fluff to even get to that point. However, from a distance the wreath is of normal quality, but once you stand on it you can see that it looks very plastic. Wouldn't recommend unless you need something in a pinch and people aren't looking at it directly.
