I am very pleased with this versatile USB Dock. It works as advertised with support for two external monitors (one connected to the laptop's video output and the second monitor connected to the built-in Dynadock video port). I'm using it with a 22" WS monitor and a 19" non-WS monitor at 1600x1050 and 1280x1024 respectively. Dynadock network, audio and additional USB ports work as advertised. The device/setup also supports using the laptop's built-in screen as a third monitor, but in my case that 12-inch screen is too small to add any useful value other than "wow, that's cool". I've successfully configured this setup with three different operating systems: XP (the simplest), Vista (it's a little odd that I couldn't switch the left and right monitors as master), and Windows 2003 Server. (The hardest part was getting it to work, but after trying many resolutions it finally did what I wanted.) The video settings allow you to "extend the desktop" to cover all monitors. There are TWO particularly cool features: 1) the main monitor is just the one that gets the taskbar at the bottom, the other monitors are full screen displays that can be used 2) any window that is "maximized to maximum" becomes one monitor maximized.
