They wash up well, have a pretty good grip and help with the hot water heat resistance. I did feel the inside of the glove peel off a bit as some other reviewers have mentioned, but that doesn't bother me too much. I've cleaned my oven thoroughly and my thumb poked through a glove while cleaning, but I still think they're good value for money and I still use the damaged glove to wipe while taking out the trash โ not for wet work
