Review on Standard Universal Adjustment Indicator 303 3111S by Wagner Witlin

This is a good set of dial indicators for the hardware store guys. The magnetic base is decent but won't impress those used to a really solid magnetic base. This base holds the indicator well enough to do the job of maximizing the smoothness of magnetic surfaces. Just note that you don't have to be a monkey to turn it off when the magnet is on. I bought it for a Noga style quick adjust holder and got a magnetic base and 1 inch dial indicator as bonuses. The indicator is very reproducible, which is valuable for my needs. Now I can specify my four-jaw chuck in record time. Overall good value for money, would buy again. for the pointer display.
