I like the flexibility of the software. I'm able to customize the software to fit my specific needs. I had to rebrand my privacy policy and was not able to get a quote on how much it would cost, which was a bit discouraging. I'm having issues with the software on my computer, but am still able to manage my work, so it's not an issue that's really bothering me. I'm a privacy compliance officer. We have a global privacy policy that is updated frequently. This has made our compliance a lot easier and less overwhelming. Smart Global Privacy is a great tool for any organization that wants to be GDPR compliant. The tool is very easy to use and the support team is always willing to help.
