I needed a black blouse to volunteer at our animal shelters big fund-raising gala and this blouse was perfect! It fit perfectly, though at my XL size I would’ve preferred it to not fit so close in the body. The slit sleeves are perfect for moving around and lift items overhead. The style is very feminine but with classy lines. I like that it is lightweight also because we were working and walking a lot that night and it was in the 70’s. I like that the scoop neck allows for a medium length necklace. I had to pin a badge on the front and the pin holes did not leave marks or holes! A lovely, understated and functional piece I will wear often!
