After use there was a lot of crackle and buzz in both adapters almost immediately. I've found that flipping the adapter sometimes helps increase the intensity, but other than that it's impossible to ignore, it pulses in the headphones and CUT. I bought it because unfortunately that was not available directly from Apple at the time and I regret not having waited. Sound quality isn't very good, especially when even a slight shift in the cable can cause a deafening hum. You will definitely get a headache trying to suffer from it. Absolutely not worth the money, get the official one from Apple. DO NOT buy this, you can get a tag of generally good quality, but both turn to rubbish very quickly.
