Review on Auros by Thomas Chalecki

It's easy to use for our team members who are not as tech savvy or computer literate with IT staff that do have experience in using this type of program but cannot be everywhere at once! I would like more ways to customize reports so we can see what information needs attention first without having to go through several tabs/reports within one report each day (or week). The ability to send out emails directly from an internal page instead of going back outside to email system has been great too since many employees don't even know how to access their mailboxes via Outlook anymore due to all changes made by MS over recent years.
