Callaway's online store has a swing and a miss.

I was eager to check out the Callaway online store because I love playing golf and being outside. Unfortunately, I felt as though I had taken a swing and utterly missed the ball. The website was challenging to navigate, to start. It seems to have been created with a putter rather than a mouse. It was unresponsive, sluggish, and unclear. The second problem was the appalling customer service. I was put on hold for what seemed like a lifetime when I tried to get help. The customer service agent was unhelpful and didn't appear to know the difference between a driver and a putter until I finally got through. Last but not least, the actual products were a great letdown. The quality fell short of my expectations for a company like Callaway and was subpar. It was similar to purchasing a set of golf clubs at a garage sale. Overall, my experience with the Callaway online store was discouraging and stressful, similar to playing a round of golf during a thunderstorm. For my demands in the realm of sports and the outdoors, I'll be doing business elsewhere.
