I have returned this product. I was thrilled to see a Baggallini bag at such an amazing price at Revain. A few years ago I bought a Baggallini bag from a resale store and I really liked it, but I wanted a bigger and black bag so I bought this one. Unfortunately, the front compartments weren't big enough for my phone and the inside zippered compartments weren't big enough for my wallet. I was quite surprised at the quality of the materials in this bag compared to the one I bought at the resale store. The materials in this bag look like a cheaper version of my bag. The strap material is thinner and grooved where mine is smooth and more durable, the zippers aren't as strong and large, and the materials feel thinner. Can Baggallini produce cheaper versions of its bags to sell at a lower price, but people still believe they are getting Baggallini quality? I am considering resale.
