Review on 👶 Burt's Bees Tear Free Baby Shampoo & Wash: Natural Care, 21 oz (Packaging May Vary) by Dawn Sherman

I have been buying this item for almost 5 years now and I have 4 boys under the age of 4.5. I'm familiar with the more liquid style of this cleanser and don't mind because it still does an amazing job and one bottle usually lasts a couple of months. However, they went on sale so I bought three because I like to stock up. On arrival it's much lighter (mostly fully transparent) than the one I have, it's the same from Target and the scent is lighter than Target too. The bottles are full but the product looks like it has been diluted with water or mixed in half or more with cheaper soap. I'm incredibly confused about this because I'm not aware of any recent changes the company has made to the soap recipe. So I don't think these bottles weren't counterfeited. I wish they could be replaced with real Burt's Bees baby shampoo and cleanser. Very dissatisfied with the order.
