I ordered this heart rate monitor because my Apple Watch wasn't counting my workouts. For example, I rode my bike for 2 hours and my watch said I had exercised for 25 minutes. It was disappointing when you took part in the studies. After extensive research, I found that my watch does not recognize the heart rate. This heart monitor was accurate and synced well with my activity and Apple Watch. I like the fact that it uses a small battery (similar to a watch battery) and you don't have to charge this device. Also, the price is not too expensive, so excellent value for money.
