Lets just the right amount of light through!

I love these shades. The sheerness and color is perfect. Just the right amount of light shines through and the openwork pattern looks beautiful when the sun is shining through them. I have an awning over the window outside that blocks the direct sunlight so the pattern really shows during the day. I had to tie the ribbons up high through one of the upper holes because I have cats that sit in the window and will play with the ribbons if they hang down low! I wish I didn't have to have the window ac unit or I would have 2 more shades.

These are perfect for the modern Victorian look I was going for. They allow the moldings in our historic home to shine, while still giving adequate privacy. We went outside at night and even with the lights on inside you cant see through them.
