Review on Hellomamma by Bronson Hussain

After making a few purchases from Hellomamma not too long ago, I must say that I was extremely dissatisfied with the overall purchasing experience. First of all, the website was extremely sluggish and difficult to browse, which made the process of searching for the things I wanted a very tedious one. When I did finally locate the products that I was interested in purchasing, I was taken aback to see that the prices were significantly more than those of comparable items sold by other online retailers. When I finally got my order in the mail, I was dismayed to discover that the sizing charts for the clothes were absolutely incorrect. Even though I ordered the items of clothes in the size that I normally wear, they came back either too small or too big, and I had to go through the inconvenience of sending them back. The process of returning the item was not simple either, and I had to follow up several times before I finally received my reimbursement. To add insult to injury, the customer service representatives were incompetent and appeared uninterested in fixing the problems I was having. My time spent purchasing with Hellomamma was, on the whole, a difficult and disheartening experience, and I will not be recommending this company to anyone.
