Review on Experience Immersive Sound With MuGo Wireless Earbuds – Perfect For Sports And Running by Romas Pennington

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not great for phone calls, bad support and reliability issues.

Sound quality isn’t bad on my end. I find functionality to be mediocre (can’t seem to figure out right button pushes to mute, turn on / off when I want, etc,), but biggest problem is sound quality on the other end when talking on the phone. People say I sound better when I use my phone on speaker instead of when I’m talking on these. That’s the biggest reason for the 3-star review.EDIT / UPDATE: it’s been four months now of moderate use (1-2 times per week, max) and one of the earbuds won’t charge. It looks like there’s a little dried battery acid on the connection point. Tried cleaning it, but still won’t charge.UPDATE 2: Looks like one of the spring-loaded connectors in the charging base was stuck in the "down” position (due to the aforementioned crud). With some aggressive further cleaning I was able to get this "unstuck”. Ultimately, since still usable but more of a hassle than necessary (and efforts to reach out the company were fruitless), downgraded my review from 3 to 2 stars.

Only had them for 2 weeks, Not bad But the only thing I don''t like is that whom every I''m on the phone with can hear what''s going on on my side, if that makes sense
