Cracked lids for bags and suitcases

I love these little jars and was really excited to use them in my DIY recipes. I especially liked that they came with inner lining. However, the first two I tried had the lids cracked after the first removal. The next one was fine but I was wary of the rest and will probably buy more for gifts.
