Most of the product was intuitive and easy to understand.It gave me a very good insight into what the users had to say about the product or idea.The feedback was very good and I can confidently state that the tool helped us to have great insights of where our product was going wrong. I really liked the way they integrated their services with social networking sites. The only thing was that the tool was not very user friendly for beginners. I wish that it was very easy and simple to understand for a non-technical person. I really recommend this as it really helped me to give my users the best insights and help me to give them what they want without having to do a study. The feedback helped me to know what my users were thinking about the product and gave me a real insight into what I needed to change and what I needed to stick to. We used proved to test our idea for an app that would help people find their lost keys, wallets etc in parking lots using mobile devices (phones). The results were surprising as we found out there are many apps like this already available but they don't work very well because of poor UX design. So by testing it ourselves at first stage we could make sure what features should be added into final version before launching/marketing them publicly.
