- Easy to use- Good price- Great support- Friendly service- Able to store emails to PST- Easy to create rules for OST emails. I can say that the most important is the price. It is a little expensive but it's worth every penny. If you need a tool for your organization, don't hesitate. It will help you to manage emails in a safe way and it will help you to backup emails even if the service is offline or down. We use this software to manage emails on a daily basis and it has helped us to keep them organized and safe. I like how easy this software was to set-up and configure once we got our first email account backed up with their service. They also have excellent customer support which helped us get through any issues along the way! No complaints here at all so far - they've been great from day one! We were able to restore emails without having an active exchange server or access to another computer (we didn't want to risk losing anything).
