Product possibly defective. Who knows? There are no instructions. I bought it for my son's Wii Switch. Although not listed as compatible, at least one reviewer said it would work. It's not like this. I tried it on my PS4 which was listed under the compatible platforms. This didn't work either. Only the up, down and esc keys worked. None of the mouse buttons were recognized by my PS4. All the lights on the PS4 showed it was connected. Since there were no instructions, I don't know if it needed setting up to work (or how to set it up). Finally, there was an extremely useless insert in the box. It included backlight information and asked customers to contact them with questions, but there is no contact information on the insert. All in all a huge disappointment.
