Their customer service is excellent! They always respond promptly to any questions or concerns you may have, even at very odd hours (such as 12 am).

I love that they are completely flexible with their scheduling- not only do we get our preferred schedule but there's usually plenty available when needed for last minute requests if given enough notice ahead time.. There aren't many companies out here where this happens so it was nice being able to trust them 100%. Our process took longer than expected because all agencies take awhile before getting scheduled through us due to insurance issues etc., however once everything came together things went smoothly from then onwards!!
