Great customer service and dedication

Their team is really good at listening to what our needs are, understanding them well enough so they could come up with solutions in line or their requests without us having any idea of it beforehand! Sometimes when there's more than one person involved we find ourselves confused about who did which action - but this has never been an issue for me as I've always found my manager (or whoever else was helping) extremely helpful & supportive during meetings too!! If anything? They don't seem keenly aware how much time certain activities take nor do some things run smoothly because someone hasn’t turned off Outlook Calendar reminders properly etc... It would be great if everyone had access throughout all departments rather then just internal clients only being able see everything within accounts-related emails alone..
