This item is great! I just read this cutting guide today, and my test bread was a homemade soft loaf of keto-friendly Low Carb Farm Yeast Bread. (If you are interested in the recipe, search the internet using those exact words and you will find it. I know Revane will remove the link to the recipe if I post it here.) With this guide available, I can now get EVEN and THIN slices (my preference) every time with this very soft loaf, meaning it's great for thicker, firmer loaves. It is also very hard-wearing and, according to the description, allows for different thicknesses. It can also be folded up.
