Apparently they were installed in a new build that requires the box itself to be installed and removed a couple of times. Which is apparently too much for these guys, and one side actually fell apart. The bearings popped out, all nine popped out. When not disassembled they worked great. So I guess the moral is if you get this job done quickly. Because they don't like it when the box is taken out often. If they hadn't broke they would have been and could have been a great bang for your buck to someone else. In my case, creating an entire custom cabinet and drawer isn't that much.
