This neck pillow was a great purchase. Came exactly as advertised, the material is very soft and comfortable, I really like it. We bought it for plane flights and I've also used it at home for occasional sleeping, so it's versatile and is holding up very well. The pillow has a memory foam consistency and the cover is a very soft, fabric-like velor. The pillow has a zipper so you can remove and wash it. The hood is oversized so it fits any head size and closes your eyes so you can sleep comfortably. The hood has a drawstring. I got these blue ear tips as a bonus, they are amazing - so comfortable and easy to put in. They completely cover your ears and block out all sounds around you. It was great to use during my plane trip to Los Angeles. Definitely recommend!
