Good looking but broken

My problem with them is that they break easily in any liquid other than room temperature. I would have expected cracks if boiling water had been poured into it, but they only cracked from very warm and even icy water. They looked great before they cracked but unfortunately in my personal experience they are made from a very poor and cheap product. So I will never buy them again or recommend them.
