The item arrived less than an hour ago and is already torn

One of the tarpaulins is missing the eyelets and the others do not match the other tarpaulin. This is a set so I assumed they are the same. One tarp is obviously broken, right in the middle is a nice big gap for water. I used a bungee to hold the tarp over the dumpster and with almost no tension on the trap the trap is already snapping the sleeve. As this is my second order, I'm upset that the first one got damaged in transit. Those tarps weren't worth the hassle.
