Online store for InStyler: Not Worth the Trouble

I'm constantly searching for fresh, cutting-edge products to suggest to my clients because I'm an expert in the field of beauty. I was eager to give InStyler a shot when I first learned about it. But I was very dissatisfied with their online shop, to say the least. The website is awkward and challenging to use, to start. Even when I finally did locate the item I was searching for, the description was inadequate. And it took weeks for my order to arrive after I eventually placed it! I could have taken it up more quickly if I had flown to the corporate office. The true kicker, though? The item was defective! The bristles were ejecting from the rotating barrel, which kept becoming trapped. My hair felt like it was being styled with a damaged toy. Additionally, there was a long wait time and unhelpful staff when I attempted to contact customer service. Overall, I wouldn't suggest shopping at InStyler online. Simply put, the trouble and annoyance are not worth it. There are many other cosmetics companies out there with superior goods and support. Avoid the hassle by shopping somewhere else.

Pros
  • tools that can be used to style a wide assortment of hair types and looks thanks to their versatility.
Cons
  • It could be more expensive than similar hair products on the market.
