I have placed an image below the main product image on this page and I hope it is still visible. This can fill in any gaps in my review. But here was our problem: We lived with our old dirty shower tiles and grout for too long. The shower was structurally sound and the plumbing remained solid, but oh. horribly stained grout between tiles! The joints were never sealed and I figured the stains that have accumulated over the years are forever. I tried many products and decided we needed to replace the grout. Nothing helped. And it helped - and fast! After applying the cleaner to the grout, I used a grout brush (not a wire but a very stiff one) and it took very little to remove years of stubborn stains from the tile and grout. I can't count the number of other cleaners I've tried and the hours I've spent cleaning my tiles. This is far better than anything I've used! And no smell, just a pleasant aroma. Nothing burned my skin. It also worked great on our tile floor. We have white shower and floor tiles (white floor tiles was a mistake that I won't repeat next time). Now the joints and tiles look almost new again. I could still recommend something to get rid of some very stubborn but tiny spots of mold or mildew that are left behind, but they're not huge.
