This is a cute old school watch that is perfect for a lady of any age looking for a watch to wear in the Church or can wear to dinner. While the small size poses problems if the user has poor eyesight and needs to know the exact time, very few should find this difficult. I think what is most appreciated is its understated, conservative approach - elegance. I mean it looks pretty and suits the person who wants to look classy but not show off. Also, the price is moderate, only about fifty dollars. upscale? Is this a high end watch? It depends on the eye of the beholder. Still, it's a beautiful watch that's pleasing to the eye. While pointing out the positives, I also feel the need to warn people that this is NOT a watch for working in a factory, at the beach, or at your next soccer game. However, if you like looking classy but not cheap, this can be perfect. Overall four out of five stars.
