Review on Flymer Waterproof Wheelchair Protective Four Wheel by John Talcott

The boot had an elastic thread that was visible at the bottom, not the elastic hem as shown in the pictures. The elastic thread is so tight I couldn't even get half of my dad's scooter on and we measured my dad's scooter 3 times before ordering the size needed. So disappointed. My father lives in an apartment complex and he is disabled. He can't leave his scooter outside due to apartment rules so now he has to leave it in his apartment until lots of people fix it or we find something else! Dissatisfied!
