When I saw this bag I knew I was going to like it. And I love! The softness is fantastic, helping the bag expand and shift or contract as needed. I can't believe I lived without this bag! In fact, today I told my husband that I used to regret not buying a second pair of shoes that I loved to death and that I bought another one as a spare. I'm great with leather, but not with zippers, otherwise I would do it myself. Although it would be much more expensive than this great price. I can't believe how much space and how many pockets it seems to hide, how expansive it is. The skin is great. The only thing I don't like and will fix is that the strap is a bit short. It's not "over the shoulder" and it will catch my thumb if I try to hit it with the same hand as the shoulder I'm aiming for. I think I will buy one for my mother and daughter. or one for every woman I know when I tuck the leather insert into the strap. I bought another one when I had a few, it's holding up very well. I wear a lot in it so it should be durable.
