I love how easy it was to setup campaigns using our account manager. The reporting function is excellent too! As mentioned above - we were able to reach many more prospects than anticipated after launching several campaigns, which helped us realize that B2B Marketing wasn't something they should consider at this time in their business. It's an old school marketing tool that hasn't changed much since its inception. They need some innovation like other industries are doing. But still, I think B2B Salesforce has been one of my best partners so far and have no complaints about them. Yes, there are better options available now but you can always go back if things do not work out or if you don't want your budget wasted on those solutions. My team benefits from seeing all contacts who've signed up through each campaign. This way we know exactly what kind of businesses.
