Tooth cleaner suitable for oral care

This is my first oral irrigator and I've mastered it. There are so many attachments to choose from depending on your needs. It's a bit bulky, which I wasn't expecting, but it's light enough that it's easy for me to use. The material feels strong and I feel like my teeth are definitely a lot cleaner than regular floss.
