The clock is beautiful but after a few months it stopped ringing and ticking and I tried to write to the third party who we bought it from They haven't done anything because it's been 30 or 60 days since we bought it. It was a Christmas present from my husband. They said to contact Bulova. I tried to contact Bulova but they never replied. In the end we decided we just had to take it off the wall and reload it every few months. it's a pain
