Finally the Perfect Elastic Cord

I have bought so many elastic cords hoping to find the perfect one. Not too fat. Not too hard. Not too soft. It shouldn't have been that hard. But he is. And a fair price. I received a package which I misread, for the price I got for 10 yards it was 10 feet. Good quality at a reasonable price arrived on time this time. Very happy now.
