I like how quickly they were able to get me up and running after signing off my credit card information. There are some issues with their system not remembering login credentials but this has nothing to do with our service provider, it's just an issue with their software. It would be great if there was a way to export contacts from one account into another so that when someone leaves the organization they don't lose contact info. Their support team is very responsive and helpful. They also offer free trials which makes onboarding new clients much easier. We need customizations for both front end and back-end systems as well as integration with Salesforce CRM. We used this product as an application builder tool while developing our android app which was later published by google play store. The UI/UX design part has been really good but there were some difficulties when it came down tp implementation stage especially related to database connectivity issues etc., It would be great if they could make their products more robust so one doesn't need external developers or tools like Xamarin Studio /Appcelerator Titanium SDK'setc.
