How to rate? suitable for oral care

I am using this product on the recommendation of my dentist because my tooth enamel has been chipped due to the medication I was prescribed after the cancer diagnosis - letrozole, antiestrogen/aromatase inhibitor. I had to spend thousands of dollars on dental work to save my teeth. My dentist felt that this product could prevent the condition from getting worse. So far, after 3 months of use, I have no idea if it works. So I can't really assess the value of this gel yet.
